1. This promotion is by Associated Retailers Limited, 5 Kingston Town Close, Oakleigh, Victoria 3166 ACN 004 520 030.
2. By entering into the draw, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry and warrant they have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility and Entry to Promotion

1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia of any age. Owners, directors and staff of Associated Retailers Limited, SportsPower, their affiliates and their immediate families are ineligible to enter all online promotions conducted by Associated Retailers Limited. Immediate family includes spouses, de-facto spouses, parents, natural or adopted children or siblings and step children.
2. This promotion begins at 9.00am Tuesday 24 May and concludes at 11.59pm Tuesday 31 May 2022.
3. It is a further condition of entry that Associated Retailers Limited has the right to publicise names of any entrant to the promotion or matter incidental to the promotion.
4. Entry to the promotion is free. To enter, entrants must, during the promotional period ‘follow’ the SportsPower Australia Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SportsPowerAustralia) and like the Wanna Win 1 of 5 Spalding TF Grind Basketballs! competition post. 
5. All decisions of Associated Retailers Limited are final and cannot be contested and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

Prizes

1. There are four (5) prizes - each prize consists of 1 x Spalding TF Grind indoor/outdoor Basketball valued at $69.99 each
2. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Draw and Method of Draw

1. This is not a game of skill. The winning entry will be drawn from all entries received during the promotional period using a random electronic drawing system.
2. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw.
3. Draw will take place at Associated Retailers Limited, 5 Kingston Town Close, Oakleigh, Victoria 3166 at 10.00am on Wednesday 1^st June 2022.

Prize Claims

Within 2 days of the draw, the prize winners will be notified via Messenger from sportspower_au only. If contact unanswered, prize is forfeited after 28 days from date of draw.
