Gift Cards

A SportsPower gift card expires 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiry date appears on the back of the gift card.

Delivery should be expected between 3 and 10 days. Delivery time depends on the dispatch date and the distance of the delivery destination. At busy times, we sometimes experience a backlog, but we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

At peak times and public holidays, there may be a delay in processing orders. Please allow up to 12 hours from placing your order for delivery confirmation and activation of digital gift vouchers during weekdays, and up to 48 hours on weekends.

Your order should arrive within 2 - 10 days. This time depends on the dispatch date and the delivery location. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will track your delivery.

Physical Gift Cards are available in $30, $50, $100, and $200. The minimum purchase is $20, and the maximum per transaction is $500. Digital Gift Cards range from $25 to $500.

Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, and Buy Now, Pay Later providers.

Yes, but the gift card must be delivered within Australia.

No, additional funds cannot be added to a gift card.

Gift cards are non-refundable and should be treated as cash. No change will be given, but the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, so please keep your gift card safe.

Once applied, the amount is held for 24 hours for security. If the purchase is not completed, the funds are released after 24 hours.
